I get bored really quickly when it comes to foundation, if my coverage doesn't keep up I'll get another one and after my holiday tan faded I really needed a new foundation to stop me from looking pasty. Maybelline is normally my go-to brand, I love how smooth their products make my skin look but I decided to go for something a bit more upmarket, in the hope I would get my money's worth. I'll admit I didn't intend on buying this product, but after trying it I had to have it. Bare Minerals are known for their mineral based, powder foundations but they've final released a liquid foundation mixed with a serum. It. Is. Amazing.
I thought I'd need a darker colour to the foundation I was using before but after getting colour matched it turned out I needed the palest shade (how embarrassing). The foundation on its own is £26 and the dented stippling brush is sold separately for £24. I didn't feel the need to buy the brush because I already had a real techniques one and it works amazingly with the foundation. All you have to do is drop the foundation onto the brush and buff it onto your face. This way you don't waste any product which is just fabby because a little goes a long way. I would probably use two drops on my whole face, maybe 4 if I'm in a rush and don't want to sit and buff for ages. The coverage is great with this foundation, it stays put and you can build it up without looking caked in make up which is great for me.
I would seriously recommend this to everyone, it's such an essential!
