The sun is shining, it's getting warmer and the Pimms is flowing, what is it? It's the summer finally on its way! Obviously we're excited for the longer nights and first appearance of tan lines but what's better than all of that? Knowing you look like a knockout! As you all know I am a massive fan if Topshop (I am obsessed) and some of the new stock they have in store and online is just STUNNING. I had to treat myself recently and I couldn't wait to share them.
Mom jeans. High waisted, baggy jeans that look like they're straight from the 80s/90s. They sound like they should be horrible, but are they? Absolutely not. The right pair can be stunning dressed up or down. I like to wear mine with crop tops, camis or even just t-shirts if I'm feeling lazy. Even though they look baggy they're quite fitted which helped the skinnies to mom move. Everyone should invest in a pair over spring/summer because they'll become a staple piece.
Mine cost me £40, £36 with student discount and I got a baby blue pair from Topshop, but they're available everywhere!

Playsuits, I love playsuits. They're great for a night out because it's like you're wearing a dress but there's a smaller chance of flashing your pants, they're cute and girly and they're so comfy. The only downfall is having to get naked every time you go to the toilet but they're perfect for any occaision; parties, holidays, shopping, everything! Floral has always been big too, it seems timeless and that is why I am in love with my latest playsuit purchase. I normally struggle to find one I like because as soon as I lift my arms it's uncomfortable but not this time. The 'Meadow Floral Cross Over' playsuit is so comfortable to wear I actually bought it in a size 6 originally, there was no rising when I lifted my arms, it's flowy (that's not a real word is it?) and just so pretty to look at. I'm a believer in the too much skin rule, so the little cut out on the body of this makes the playsuit cheeky without exposing too much, I just had to have it! As I'm going to Mexico in just over a month I thought it would be perfect so I justified spending £40 on it. There's also a twin of it in orange and it's gorgeous but unfortunately it clashed with my hair, how tragic!
